Why I "Go Red for Women": 
 

 

 

My mission is to educate and motivate people to take the first "step" to a healthier lifestyle leading to more energy and a toned body through personalized fitness programs.
 
  • For more than twenty years, fitness has been and continues to be a part of my daily routine, as natural as walking or biking with my children.
  • I am a 52 ear old wife and mother of two fit children, 10 and 16 years old, and I offer first hand knowledge of getting back into shape after pregnancies and fitting exercise into a business family schedule.
  • I am an A.C.E. certified Personal Trainer and a AAAI/ISMA certified Aerobic and Pilates Mat I & II Instructor, Zumba certified, with contiuning education in Fitness for Golf, Lifestyle & Weight Mangement, and specialized in women's fitness needs.
  • I hold a B.S. in Sales and Marketing from the Rutger's School of Business.
  • I am C.P.R. Certified and insured by Fitness and Wellness Insurance of I.D.E.A. Health & Fitness Assocation. 
  • I have been the Hillsborough Mayor's Wellness Program Director for 3 years and instrumental in the community receiving an American Heart Association Corporate Gold Award 2007, 2008 & 2009.  This year the Mayor's Wellness Team @ the American Heart Association Walk on September 27th, achieved 92 members and ranked 3rd in corporate donations.  Team Brian Hahl, a sub-team with the Mayor's Wellness Team, co-captained by Mr. Joe Trybulski, Principal, and Ms. Debbie Reddling achieved #1 Team status with 58 members.  For more information or questions contact:  mrgmyr@BodySculptFitness.org.

  • Wanted more, so became an A.C.E. Personal Training in 2000 and began to work one-on-one client training in gyms.
  • Wanted to have control over my hours, so Body Sculpt & Fitness by Margo was born. 
  • It allows me to work with women in their own homes without having to travel to an intimidating gym.
  • Business continues to evolve since I've added lifestyle fitness coaching to my resume.
