30 Day Jumpstart (Novice) 

This program was designed for the novice individual.  Eight 1/2 hour sessions in the first 30 days, where your personal trainer teaches you every other day with regular phone or e-mail contact follow up.  You learn to work your muscles to fatigue with a days rest in between.

30 Day Challenger (Plateau Breaker) 

This program was desgined for the individual who needs new challenges.  Eight 1 hour coaching sessions in a 30 day intensive program designed to meet new challenges and learn the latest fitness equipment and trends.
